Reservations and Cancellations

  • Do inform respective executive once you confirm the package and dates of arrival. They will be sending an email of all details including our account number as well link to transfer advance through our website. Our website accepts all major credit and debit card with an additional card charge of 2.5%. Once you transfer the advance, the booking will be initiated.
  • We check hotel availability and would inform you if any of the hotels selected is not available and will arrange other hotels with cost difference.
  • Once booking is completed you will receive a Hotel voucher but it takes one to two-week delay depending on the rush as we need to get an email confirmation from hotels prior to sending the voucher.
  • Cab details will be forwarded through SMS one day prior to arrival.
  • Relationship Centre where we take pleasure to discuss the package to make sure that all commitments are clarified and will be collecting balance payment.
  • This experience helps the entire package to be much smoother and to have a better relationship between us, you can do balance payment as Cash, DD, Net transfer, Credit or debit card, but we do not accept the cheque.
  • We will be providing all necessary documents during this visit.

Amendment and Cancellation Policy

For Amendment:

If the booking policy of hotel permits, we will try to amend a service without any extra charge and will depend on the availability of rooms. The visit you once started must stick to the concluded schedule and additional costs if any must be banished by the visitor straightforwardly.

Cancellation/No Show/Early Departure:

We welcome the emails advising cancellation of the visit and the refund arrangement will be effective from the date of receipt of this email. Refund for cancellation is as specified beneath with a base crossing out measure of Rs. 1000. Cancellation/retention charges according to particular hotel/Cruise policy/vehicle approach. All refund will be prepared inside two weeks on receipt of your email.

  • Over 30 days – 80% of Booking sum will be supplanted
  • 29 to 8 days – half of Booking sum will be supplanted
  • Under 7 days or no show – NO REFUND

We will pull back every one of the booking there forward in case of any unforeseen incidents, hindering the visit and the refund relies upon the sum which can be recouped from unused administrations. We don't hold any duty regarding this refund however will help you in the most ideal way.
